What an interesting block, Broken Sugar Bowl. Would love to hear the story behind that - probably lost now of course, although we speculate.
Why the two sizes?

I've never heard that block name but I like it. The smaller block is definitely cute.
What a fun block. I've never heard of a broken suguar bowl block before.
I've not seen this pattern before. It's a little like a Christmas cracker. :-) Lovely work.
