Jelly Roll Classic Sampler BOM

i am really picky with pre-cuts. much too much editing. use these. don't use those. so picky that i prefer to buy yardage. but i just couldn't make a jelly roll sampler from a popular jelly roll publisher without using a jelly roll(duh). thank goodness i found Whimsy. i love it 100%. and no surprise that i ordered it from Quilt Taffy.must mention the following. because who reads directions. don't you just jump right in there. only referring to instructions when you get confused. it is well written and clear that you need 1-1/2 strips for Colour B. that would be the blue polka dots. you could use a mixture of blues. or pick something that has 2 strips. but i was able to cut triangles instead of squares for the flying geese. AND steal a charm from my pack.

this is the Jelly Roll Classic Sampler BOM from The Quilt Room. the pdf files are no longer available from the website. but the pattern has been published in their new book. Jelly Roll Sampler Quilts.

This is sooooo incredibly darling! I have to come up with one for May. I'm so inspired by the colors and design here.
