Have A Plan

Final Friday at Yoga Boot Camp means the two weeks have ended. supportive & concerned. instructors suggest you have a plan for what you will do come Monday. i am looking forward to sleeping until at least 6 a.m. for this class i had to be in the car no later than 5:30 a.m. dressed in clean clothes. water bottles filled. not necessarily awake. believe me that when you get in the car and turn the key you are very much awake. i followed this book in my late 20's. OOP & no old copy to be found on the web. i misplaced it for a couple of decades. really. and excited i was able to locate it. i have many "stories". they say not to listen to your "stories". that's what the instructors call "reasons why you don't think you can do something". i luv their "yes you can" attitude. but i am not that strong. yoga builds strength & ultimately requires strength. this book should help. what's your plan ?
