Figgy Pudding.

eight 1/2 yd. cuts purchased from
Quilt Taffy,
The Sproutz Store, and
Sew Inspired.

extra fabric to play with.

maybe another against the red background.

72 flying geese. that's alot.
my ruler made things easier. although i used yardage in lieu of charms. if you buy yardage for the background. you can make 4 flying geese with 1 charm. by using a 6" background square with a 4-1/2" geese square. but if you look closely you will find i used 2 4-1/2" squares to make what i am calling a 3-1/2" faux-facing-geese.

OMG- I love it! Beautiful.
This looks great - perfect winter colours - it feels like winter today, but they promised it will warm up this afternoon...
Love your color choice & the peppermints. Perfect for the season.

Looks gorgeous Karen! Well done. It's like a little dose of Winter frost in Autumn.
This is gorgeous - I'm amazed how different the quilts turned out from the same pattern!
I love how your Schnibbles turned out with Figgy Pudding, and the way you fussy cut the inner border - very cool! I'm a huge fan of Eleanor Burns' rulers too - they are my favorite!
Definitely the prettiest September Schnibble I've seen. Love the fabric. I've enjoyed looking around your blog too-- you are very creative! And a wonderful quilt-holder/knitter niece to boot.
