we appliqued the stars using Steam-A-Seam and just a straight stitch.

wondering if i should change the cornerstones from red to yellow. and whether i should make the ribbon border green with blue. or blue with green. pieced borders take time. i want to cut it up now. decisions. decisions.

the 6 in. blocks are still the cutest. oooh. don't look at those points disappearing into the seams.

next month we're making Fala. Fala is a Scottie. the First Pet of President Roosevelt. in real life. grey and black. in my quilt. red or blue or green or yellow. decisions. decisions.

Pieced borders are time consuming but so pretty. Love the ribbon idea. Great stars.
LOL that sounds so like me- I spend more time choosing the right fabrics than anything else.
This is beautiful. The fabrics are wonderful.
