IV thru VI

please visit other participants listed here.Heathcliff calls her Nelly. but the renter Lockwood calls her Mrs. Dean. home after an interesting evening. Lockwood's family awaits. but he is more curious about the rude landlord and gossip that Nelly eagerly wants to tell. i wonder what she was knitting. her story drifts from her conversations with Lockwood to her conversations with young Healthcliff. while Emily muddles all the characters together. i have taken pencil to keep track of well everybody.

That should help you keep track Karen. It's a good site when reading the book. It has 3d pics of the locations as described in the book too.

I always find it difficult to keep track of the cast of characters in the first few chapters, you're introduced to so many at once! But once I pick up the flow it gets a little easier.
